Partnership Information

NSBE Space and the NSBE Houston Space Professionals Chapter seek to partner with Federal agencies, military branches, corporate entities, and nonprofits to advance their space technology goals.  The STS-2017 is a perfect opportunity for organizations to partner with the Space SIG and the NSBE Houston Space Professionals Chapter in a mutually beneficial fashion.  The NSBE Houston Space Professionals Chapter is the financial agent for STS-2017 and has prepared an extensive suite of exhibit options and benefits for industry partners who join us in partnership of this unique working meeting.  Please note that STS-2017 partnership is a chapter-level contribution and as such is not included in any NSBE national partnership calculations/tallies.

Platinum Partner ($10,000)

  • Space Technology Collaboration and Networking Event Booth: As-needed display tables and floor space, subject to facility limitations
  • Copy of STS-2017 technical outbrief material (presentation charts and design data)
  • Waived registration for up to 10 attending company employees
  • Company-supplied banners and artwork displayed in session rooms and corridors, subject to facility rules
  • Company authored feature article about company product lines and its technical collaboration with NSBE on Space SIG website
  • Highest priority consideration for meal event speaker or session facilitator opportunities
  • Copy of the Space SIG Leadership Network Directory of participants
  • Naming rights for any identified event partnership (e.g. “Company Name” “Event”)

Titanium Partner ($5,000)

  • Space Technology Collaboration and Networking Event Booth: two display tables and approximately 50 square foot floor space for popup or other floor-mounted display, subject to facility limitations

  • Waived registration for 5 attending company employees
  • Opportunity to provide greeting to participants
  • Special recognition during event
  • Access to supply company branding items to participants
  • Listing and link on Space SIG website

 

Silver Partner ($4,000)

  • Space Technology Collaboration and Networking Event Booth: one display table and approximately 20 square foot floor space, subject to facility limitations
  • Waived registration for 4 attending company employees
  • Access to supply company branding items to participants
  • Listing and link on Space SIG website

 

Aluminum Partner ($3,000)

  • Space Technology Collaboration and Networking Event Booth: one display table
  • Waived registration for 3 attending company employees
  • Access to supply company branding items to participants
  • Listing and link on Space SIG website

 

Terms and Conditions of Partner Benefits

  1. Company representative must announce presence to event facilitator prior to event start in order to guarantee public recognition.
  2. Display tables and chairs will be supplied by host facility.  Specific table and chair dimensions and quantity will be a function of host facility inventory.  NSBE does not make any guarantees as to table size or uniformity of available tables or chairs.
  3. Partnerships may not be cancelled or refunded.
  4. Partnerships are not confirmed until payment is received.
  5. If you have ANY outstanding balance(s) with NSBE Houston Space Professionals, no partnership benefits will be conferred.
